Responsibilities Own the sales targets and work closely with the regional teams on helping them drive closures for allocated product

Develop new relationships with key accounts that have little/no prior exposure to RG Nurture/grow market share and profitability within existing enterprise relationships Develop GTM for each key-account and work with marketing and client services to execute property-level lead generation strategy. Collaborate with Product/CS/Strategy teams on pilot opportunities within key accounts for RG Products Coordinate with Client Services to ensure that Key Account priorities and sensitivities are communicated to relevant CS team-members. Align and collaborate with other RateGain business segments to identify cross-sell opportunities into Key Account. Collaborate with other Functional Heads and the Executive Team to build strong organic revenue growth and a high-performance sales organization. Maintain a strong understanding of current and new competition, positioning and trends.

What will help you succeed in the role: While you will be given all the training required to be successful on the job, following are the few competencies you will need to accelerate your growth: Knowledge: You have an excellent understanding of hospitality / travel (Specially in Car Rental) landscape coupled with the changing trends, buying behaviour, prospective customers & best practices in it You have experience working on Salesforce.com You understand SAAS based products You possess a great consultative style and brilliance in elevation pitch You demonstrate precision and clarity of thoughtz You are well organized and are able to multi-task and prioritize 8-12 years’ of experience in sales, experience working with in Car industry is highly preferable.
