Job Description: The Job/What You'll Do:
Voyant is a global enterprise software provider specializing in modern financial advisor and client interactions, using financial education, complex calculations, and deep personalization as a basis for client engagement. We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate must know how to: build significant brand awareness, tell awesome stories, inspire amazing design, dig into performance analytics, test and learn about emerging marketing channels, lead team members, and strategize to create the long-term marketing vision.
This is a full-time position in Voyant's Austin, Texas office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute all aspects of the company's marketing and brand development
Manage all marketing facets: digital channels, digital advertising, email, social media, messaging and story development, copywriting, website design, public relations, partnerships and collaborations, and other areas to be determined by you
Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative campaigns
Lead design and development of digital and physical marketing materials and collateral
Manage budget allocation for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance
Provide leadership to direct reports with a hands-on approach, and ensure effective engagement to reinforce a culture of collaboration, trust, and open communication
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends and technologies
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
