Masterminding Constructional Excellence:

Working closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to translate blueprints into awe-inspiring reality, while ensuring adherence to complex casino-specific building codes and regulations.
Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges with a proactive approach, safeguarding project schedules and exceeding client expectations, consistently.
Champion a culture of unwavering safety, implementing comprehensive protocols and fostering a safety-first mindset that permeates every aspect of the construction site.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Leverage cutting-edge construction technology and methodologies to optimize outcomes, maximize efficiency, and stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving industry.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 15 years of proven success as a General Superintendent or similar leadership role in complex construction projects, ideally within the gaming or hospitality industry.
A demonstrably successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding quality standards, with quantifiable examples to showcase your impact.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, scheduling, and cost control, with a specific understanding of casino construction intricacies and regulations.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, inspiring and motivating diverse teams to achieve outstanding results.
Unwavering commitment to safety, with a proven track record of implementing effective safety protocols and maintaining a zero-accident environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred, but not essential.
