Description
Under general supervision of the HR Manager, responsible for recruiting candidates to fill open roles. Provides guidance to employees through various human resources process to include on-boarding, presentations, training, benefits administration, compliance and administrative support. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to the nature of documentation.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business, human resources or related field.
A minimum of three years of human resources experience; or directly related experience.
Experience in HRIS systems/software and Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel required.
Experience in professionally communicating with all levels of employees, both verbally and in writing.
Experience in presentations and speaking publicly.
Proficiency testing may apply.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Californa and Arizona.
Tribal preference will be given to qualified tribal applicants.
