About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee all programs, services, and operations at our Las Vegas site. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Las Vegas site delivers exceptional services to homeless and at-risk veterans and their families, empowering them to achieve lasting independence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all programs, services, and staff at the Las Vegas site.

Develop and implement programs that address the evolving needs of veterans and their families.

Set strategic goals and objectives to ensure successful program delivery and client outcomes.

Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, government officials, and donors to expand resources and support services.

Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and client care guidelines.

Manage fiscal resources, budgets, and grant reporting for the Las Vegas site.

Champion a positive and productive work environment through effective recruitment, training, and staff development.

Spearhead fundraising, communication, and community development initiatives for the Las Vegas site.

Collaborate with the national office on program development, housing initiatives, and overall strategic direction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.

Minimum of four years of experience in program management, staff supervision, program development, and budget management within the social services sector (veterans services a plus).

Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Experience working with veterans, homeless individuals, and/or culturally diverse populations.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, staff, and community stakeholders.

Demonstrated integrity, work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
