bioAffinity Technologies is recruiting for a Marketing Director to take our flagship product, CyPath Lung, to the next level by developing and executing a national marketing plan to position our noninvasive test as a standard component of the clinical pathway for patients at high risk for lung cancer.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with business acumen and leadership skills to champion the commercial success of CyPath Lung and ensure successful launches of our future product pipeline. The role requires developing a deep understanding of CyPath Lung, its target audience and the competitive landscape in order to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
Strategy Development: Drive the design and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and innovative initiatives to promote the adoption of CyPath Lung among healthcare providers (HCPs).
Tactical Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials, advertising campaigns, digital content, etc. Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns integrates all appropriate marketing channels. Cultivate relationships with media, associations, KOLs, and stakeholders. Experience with paid advertising (in-house execution, programmatic buying, agency management) and across digital display, video, streaming, TV and radio, paid social, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, best practices and business opportunities. Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data and key market insights to provide actionable intelligence and align marketing with customers' clinical goals.
Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to improve performance. Apply analytical tools to support informed decision-making.
Customer Acquisition/Retention: Collaborate internally to implement strategies to acquire new customers through targeted advertising, lead generation campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Budget Management: Manage forecasting and budgeting for marketing spend. Collaborate with Finance to ensure strategic investment allocation.
Salary Range
$125-150k depending on experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA or other graduate degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing with a track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns. A background in diagnostics or medical devices related to pulmonology is preferred.
Demonstrated track record of success in product launches and commercialization; experience in creatively accelerating brand adoption and overcoming barriers to commercial success.
Lead brand planning initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, emerging trends and brand positioning, to differentiate our brand in the market.
Adopt an analytical approach to continuously test, learn, and enhance our marketing efforts across all digital and physical platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for a wide variety of audiences.
Scientific literacy - able to read, understand and interpret clinical studies and technical medical information
Detail oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach, proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Strong leadership skills with experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Knowledge of and experience successfully navigating the medical, legal and regulatory review process pertaining to healthcare marketing a plus.
