As the Executive Chef , you'll be the driving force behind the success of our dining services in a high-end senior living community. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the overall well-being of senior residents. Crafts and executes creative, high-quality menus that exceed culinary expectations.

Leads and manages all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.

Implements and maintains stringent food safety and sanitation standards.

Manages food and labor costs to achieve financial targets and operational excellence.

Mentors, coaches, and develops kitchen staff to foster a culture of culinary excellence.

Collaborates with the management team to contribute to overall strategic planning and business success.

Oversees the procurement of high-quality ingredients and maintains vendor relationships.

Stays abreast of culinary trends and continuously elevates our offerings.

What you will need

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.

Culinary degree or equivalent formal training is preferred.

3 - 5+ years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience.

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse culinary team.

Creative flair for menu development with a focus on quality and presentation.

Experience in high-volume, upscale dining environments is a plus.

Proficient in kitchen management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

ServSafe certification is required.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.

Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
