About the Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated, hungry, skilled Sales Professional who loves to leverage technology to drive efficiencies. Someone who is customer-focused and solutions-oriented that can speak comfortably about IT projects with Senior IT leaders and CIO's.A skilled "hunter" experienced in Staff Augmentation, IT Services and IT Consulting with a strong network of clients. Someone who thrives on creating new business opportunities, developing relationships and is used to crushing multimillion-dollar quotes.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with IT Leaders in some of the world’s largest companies to match the right talent to development projects that matter.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Build and expand your book of clients by proactively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.

• Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.

• Identify client needs and prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services.

• Collaborate with the various internal teams involved with the sales process.

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

• Bring new business leads to increase revenue.

• Negotiate/close deals.

• Remote team collaboration.

• Proactively identify opportunities to and assist/coach teammates.

• Quickly develop an autonomous working capability.

• Report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results to management.

You Must Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven business-to-business field sales experience targeting US clientele.

• Exceptional in-person presentation, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced sales environment.

• Proven results in closing IT Development Projects and developing long-term relationships with clients.

• Experience hunting new clients, cold-calling, and closing deals.

• Experience with software outsourcing preferred.

• Experience making 60+ calls a day when needed to build your book. We will provide more leads to those to create leads themselves.
