Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of outbound closing experience, has a hunter and team-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of sourcing and converting leads into revenue while consistently exceeding sales quotas. This full cycle Outbound Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing prospect relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Core Responsibilities Collaborate with the Head of Sales to build out a scalable outbound motion at Fathom from scratch.

Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound lead generation efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

Using various sales methodologies, conduct thorough research to understand clients' needs, challenges, and pain points, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting prospect relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solution.

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, close deals, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.

Hit and exceed monthly sales quotas.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to optimize lead generation strategies, enhance product offerings, and ensure new customer satisfaction.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years in an outbound closing role, preferably at a SaaS company (bonus if you have worked at a Product Lead Growth company).

Proven track record in targeting, sourcing, and converting leads into revenue. And, proven success in hitting and exceeding sales quotas.

Must be located in the US or CAN.

Skills-focused. We’re going to ask you to do a live demonstration of a software product of your choosing to showcase your presentation skills. Don’t worry, we know you’ll crush it.
