EUROIMMUN US is seeking a multifaceted Implementation Project Manager (IPM) role to plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the instruments, kits and/or other products manufactured or distributed by EUROIMMUN US.

Position Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

Maintain advanced knowledge of instrumentation, products, and techniques manufactured and/or distributed by EUROIMMUN US.

Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments. Ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support, Commercial, Research and Development and Shipping to drive project success.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables. Proactively address issues as they arise.

Allocate and manage project resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of project tasks, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and cost control measures.

Oversee compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO) throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records. Ensure all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible.

Manage changes in project scope, objectives, or deliverables and ensure that appropriate approvals and documentation are in place.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients, suppliers or attend industry conferences.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and 2 + years of project management experience.

OR

Associate degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and 4 + years of project management experience.

OR

Highschool or GED and 6 + years of project management experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma

Four or more years' experience as a field service representative, Lab MT, or related field preferred

Technically proficient in running IVD assays and an understanding the basis for these assays

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for conveying project updates, issues, and solutions to team members and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify issues and implement solutions as they arise during the project

Exceptional organizational abilities to keep track of project details, documents, and deadlines

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Quality Management software.

Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US. Occasional international travel may be required.

Must have a valid driver's license and a passport.
