As our Wellness Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving spa revenue and membership growth. You'll be a leader, a coach, and a motivator, fostering a collaborative and energetic environment where your team can thrive. You possess a genuine passion for holistic wellness and a deep understanding of our unique approach.
You have a minimum of 5 years of success exceeding sales targets in the spa or wellness industry.
You inspire and empower others, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building strong connections with both clients and your team.
Exceptional customer service is your priority, ensuring every interaction fosters loyalty and exceeds expectations.
You leverage data and analytics to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
You think outside the box, developing innovative sales campaigns and strategies that propel spa growth.
You create a positive and energetic work environment, motivating your team to achieve peak performance.
You're willing to "get your hands dirty," leading by example and actively participating in sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and coach the sales team, maximizing their performance.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Identify and build relationships with potential new members, converting them into loyal spa members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Analyze sales data and trends to optimize sales strategies.
Champion exceptional guest service by leading by example and coaching your team.
Oversee all aspects of membership sales.
