We arelooking for an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the Product Liability Ops team’s growing need ofinventory management and logistics of products and manage refund/exchangeprocess as well as parts retrieval process. You must have an eye for detail, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to handle a systemwith numerous moving parts. This often high-pressure position will you to perform at the apex of their abilities. Our goals are to make ourprocesses as efficient as possible, maintain good relationships with suppliers,distributors, and vendors, and keep our customers happy.

Roleand Responsibilities:

Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt andproper movement of shipments, prepare/review shipping documents, tracking andfixing shipping errors, ensuring quality of all services to meet the requiredstandards.

Analyze end-to-end processes that customers experience andparticipate in providing suitable resolutions accordingly and in controlled& monitored turnaround time for each action of logistics process.

Identify/resolve bottleneck of customer care status and resolve with internal/externalstakeholders.

Retrieval part/unit to be sent to required destination, local/HQ, intimely manner.

Learn overall operations across different lines of business andleverage those understandings to ensure the direction of projects andactivities to support stakeholder needs.

Perform and monitor Ops agents in analyses to identifyopportunities and develop actionable recommendations through a rigorous,data-driven process; work proactively to uncover areas within the business todrive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution.

Support other team members in customer care and serviceorder submission/logistics data analysis/data entry/track & maintaintrackers, reports, etc.

Prepare case summary to revisit and conclude withimprovement plans.

Support ad-hoc project management and update SOP of all tasks.

Required Experience and Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree (required).

Experience with business process design/improvement,including gathering requirements, documenting workflows and developingspecifications (business framework and wireframe design, technical and QAdocumentation).

Necessary Skills and Attributes: Self-motivatedindividual with the ability to thrive in a team-based orindependent environment.

Detail-oriented with strongorganization skills.

Ability to work in afast-paced environment.

Limited supervisionand the exercise of discretion.

Korean bilingual - fluency in English/Korean (preferred).

Proficient in Outlook and Excel.

Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Performswork under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and projectmanagement deadlines. May require working additional timebeyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
