Data from our platform is used to improve building layout & design, execute dynamic workforce strategies, and reduce energy costs. For large clients, the financial impact is in the tens of millions per year. We provide a full-stack solution comprised of easy-to-deploy AI-sensors, fleet management tools, analytics software, and APIs that integrate with the leading workplace management systems on the market.

The Opportunity
VergeSense is looking for an experienced and highly self-motivated Channel Sales Manager to help continue the rapid growth of our business. This person has a successful track record of selling enterprise software or software-as-a-service solutions into the Enterprise market (F1000s) in a very fast-paced environment.
About You
As an early member of our Channel Sales team, you are a relentless hunter working closely with partner sales teams to identify and qualify sales opportunities to engage in, manage, and help close. Beyond the initial close, you will proactively work with the partner sales team to try to drive upsell opportunities. You will develop subject matter expertise in the Workplace Technology domain, and be expected to engage salespeople, Director and C-Level executives responsible for selling/consulting into F1000 companies to educate them on the strategic value of workplace analytics.
**Responsibilities and Requirements**
+ 5+ years with a background in CRE
+ 2+ years working with CRE, Service Providers Experience in consultative sales preferred
+ Work with Service Providers JLL, CBRE, C&W, Newmark, Deloitte, and KPMG
+ Administration, management, and enablement of named Service Providers
+ Supporting Service Providers through the entire sales process
+ Motivating Service Provider sellers/consultants to position VergeSense for portfolio-wide coverage
+ Managing trainings, educational sessions across multiple time zones and regional selling orgs within the Service Providers
+ Managing comms and marketing by working jointly with VergeSense marketing and Service Provider marketing teams
+ Developing and maintaining tight working relationships with key stakeholders and executives within Service Provider
+ Meeting and exceeding revenue targets set for Service Providers
