Responsibilities:
* Handle high amounts of incoming calls
* Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
* Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
* Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Establish and build relationships with our customers
* Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
* Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
* Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
* Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work nights & some weekends
* 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/ week with rotating Saturdays or
* 3pm -11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays
