Hiring a Head of Sales
We're looking for a skilled, experienced leader to join as the Head of Sales. This leader will build, scale and oversee our sales strategy and team. As the leader of this team, you will support high-value acquisition efforts and strategically partner with our internal teams to drive revenue and product adoption. You will empower your team to engage and grow relationships with prospective customers. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategy and co-owning Go-to-Market plans, partnering closely with marketing and customer success teams to define, test, measure, optimize and scale acquisition initiatives.
What you'll do:
Drive revenue for Luminai through scalable sales efforts
Build and scale the sales process, from first touch to acquisition closing.
Create actionable plans within the team to drive product adoption and educate prospective customers.
Partner cross-functionally to identify new strategic, scalable programs and outreach opportunities.
Leverage data to analyze current initiatives to inform optimization opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Ensure the right process, people, and tools are in place for Luminai’s current stage and beyond.
Who we're looking for:
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, and product solution selling
3+ years of management experience
Experience selling tech SaaS to B2B and/or enterprise customers
Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation
Experience managing and mentoring managers as well as individual contributors with compassion and high engagement
Leadership experience engaging and influencing at an executive level with cross-functional groups within a fast-growing organization
Proven track record of building, developing and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Strong leadership presence and ability to remain calm under pressure
Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategy development experience
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals and key metrics
