We are looking for a committed Sales Manager for the US to join our great team.

Your tasks:

* Main point of contact for existing and new accounts

* Proactively win new customers and projects

* Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities

* Provide customers with clear USPs of USound products

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

* Oversee account management, including contract and price negotiations to maximize revenue & profit

* Responsible for the achievement of sales targets in the defined area

* Work in a team with the technical sales and lead the commercial side of the project

* Be USound's face to the customer

* Manage distributors & reps.

* Proactively manage existing opportunities in CRM and keep the projects up to date

* Feedback the learnings from customers to product management and R&D

* Provide, in alignment with technical sales, training to customers, distributors & reps.

* Participate in fairs and online events

* Regular customer visits

Your profile:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field

* 5+ years of experience in Sales

* Good understanding of the B2B sales process

* Project management experience

* Able to drive and oversee multiple projects at once

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers

* Experience setting sales goals

* Results-oriented person with strong analytical skills

* Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
