Description:
Seeking high performers to generate new business from new Clients. The candidate must have experience selling in a Offshore Technology Services Company. With a demonstrable track record of selling Technology Services through 'consultative selling'. The candidate should have a good understanding of selling process and sales cycle to identify customer needs / decision makers, key dependencies and will be responsible for creating differentiators and a higher value perception for the services being proposed. He/she must be able to achieve his/her revenue targets consistently. A good technical product-marketing individual confident of succeeding in sales environment is welcome.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Sales Head
- Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
- Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms. Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate will be the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
Requirement:
- 6-8 years of experience selling at Director and VP level. Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives is a MUST.
- Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams
- Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with "consultative selling" are essential.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills
- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization
- Prefer sales experience in Product Engineering Services & ASIC Chip design Services
Education background
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- MBA or advanced degree in related field (desirable)
