Tasks in the role
Support international accounting processes and reconciliations.
Review and reconcile intercompany balances ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions.
Prepare consolidating financial statements, including elimination of journal entries and CTA validation.
Support international payroll processing, compliance, and reporting obligations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support the development of post-acquisition integration plans, ensuring alignment with existing processes.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits and reviews by external auditors.
Assist with internal audit procedures, as necessary.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and/or processes to improve efficiency.
Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects, as necessary.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant professional qualification.
5+ years of experience (preferably in the SaaS Tech industry).
Qualification (e.g. CFA, CPA) is highlypreferred.
Proficiency in US GAAP accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Ability to manage priorities effectively, ensuring key deadlines are met.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
