Manages network in Latin America.
Evaluates track records to analyze monthly sales vs quotas.
Provides recommendations and support to the clients to achieve sales objectives.
Evaluates the pricing of products and provides recommendations as necessary.
Trains clients on surgical tables.
Identifies and works with distributors.
Educates and builds relationship with Key decision makers and surgeons in the territory.
Designs incentive programs for surgeons.
Prepares weekly reports on business activities, contacts and expenses incurred and presents to the President of the company.
Participates in Weekly Business Review, Planning Meetings, and presents reports on sales results, analysis, opportunities and forecasts.
Creates a Surgical Hospital and Surgical Center Database with corresponding sales volume and product line penetration by region.
Works with the Customer Service, Marketing and Inventory Operation teams to ensure fast customer support and quick turnaround to enable future opportunities.
Works with the Product Marketing team to convey product information to distributors and customers.
Attend trade shows, labs and conferences.
Skills and Experience: Previous Surgical Table Sales experience.
Ability to Travel in Latin America from Mexico to Chile.
Intermediate to Strong computer skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
