About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Account Executive to join our growing Windows Team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality window solutions to our customers. You should have a strong commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and representing “The Forge Way.” This position offers an excellent opportunity to excel in a dynamic and competitive industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new customers in the residential sector
Generate highly qualified leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
Conduct product and service demonstrations to prospective clients to clearly articulate the unique selling points and benefits of our services
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, to understand their needs and to offer tailored solutions
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional services
Negotiate price, product, and service conditions with customers to secure contracts
Ensure smooth closure of project details and transition to the appropriate teams
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement
Prepare and present data on customer success metrics to internal teams
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports on KPIs
Qualifications:
5-8 years of proven experience in a sales position in the windows industry
Experience in a startup environment is a plus
Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience working with CRM softwares
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and winning new business
Ability to look at the window industry and think outside the box to deliver a unique experience to homeowners
