Amberline North America is hiring a Sales Executive to join our team and assist with our continued growth in the US market. Amberline, a European manufacturer of high-quality energy-efficient windows and doors, has been producing top quality products for the Passive House and high-performance building industry for many years. Amberline North America spearheads distribution in the US, and we’re growing.
The Sales Executive will join and support a team of seven others, with touchpoints across the sales and ordering process. It is suited to an individual who thrives in an environment of self-direction, and will reward initiative and a ‘get it done’ approach.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Communicating directly with potential clients – architects, developers, GC’s, etc.
Establishing clients’ needs and gathering relevant information to be able to provide potential solution
Working closely with internal PM and Estimating team to create pricing for client
Maintaining communication with project stakeholders to ensure success
Managing CRM database and updating Leads/Projects/Clients folders with latest information
Identifying new business opportunities, managing Leads pipeline
Staying abreast of competitors, market conditions
Forecasting and planning strategies to attain sales goals
Continuing to build the Amberline brand in North America
Developing a sales team (inside or outside) that will successfully meet our sales targets
Tracking teams’ performance as it relates to sales efforts
Continue develop and implement Strategic business sales plan
Provide market feedback
Hiring and training of new sales people
This job requires travel, primarily in MA, but also includes regional within New England and possibly mid-Atlantic.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience with window sales & installation, and possess the following skills, experience, and traits:
Working knowledge of construction and architectural drawings
Working Knowledge of window and door products strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Team player - "good person" to work with – demonstrate good personal skills
Proven attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Willing and excited to learn new concepts, skills, etc, and be inquisitive
Demonstrate flexibility, nimbleness
Have demonstrated ability in prioritizing tasks – this is key!

Have a desire to build better buildings
Possess the ability to deliver the best Customer Experience!
