Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Inside Sales

Our client is a growing Seattle based Custom Software developer and SaaS startup. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect into new accounts and secure sales meetings for Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a passion for technology, eager to make an immediate positive impact on the sales team. As the first SDR in the organization, this is a figure out how to make things better and more efficient sort of position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop outbound prospecting strategy

Leverage CRM system to manage sales activity.

Provide reports on leads and sales activity.

Meet or exceed monthly meetings quota

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1+ year of sales or lead generation experience preferred but not required

Bachelor’s degree

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Competitive and goal oriented personality

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and general CRM experience.
