** Description & Requirements**
**Advanced data research skills- programming- & data engineering**
* Work with IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound organizational conclusions
* Validate findings using experimental and iterative approach
* Partner with IT to build data validation frameworks ensuring the data coming to business is reliable and correct
**Sales Management**
* Build front-end management tools and reports that will enable business to breakdown results and perform various investigations
* Build process improvement tools and algorithms that will ensure efficiencies through the sales organization saving data consolidation and data manipulation time across the sales teams
* Perform research on retail priorities and selling objectives to ensure the team is being effective at the point of sale
* Execute quarterly/monthly/weekly tasks to assist field team including: calculating quarterly bonuses- managing territories- etc.
* Maintains knowledge of products- pricing- services- market dynamics to perform strong examinations with insightful findings to the business teams
* Maintains complete knowledge of company policies- programs and procedures and ensures team members adhere to them when performing duties
* Pull data using algorithms- statistics- and advanced reporting to assess business performance to drive insights and action
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree
* 0-2 years of work experience in a related field
* Solid written / oral communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in SQL/R/Python coding language
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree preferably in business or analytics related field
* Previous experience in the CPG industry
* Skilled at problem solving and idea direction
* Strong drive for results
