**Retail Business Analyst**
**FUNCTION**
This individual will be the supporting corporate liaison to the retail sales team efforts to operate more effectively and efficiently through analysis and communication with all applicable McCain internal departments
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.
* Maintain weekly/monthly management reports recapping competitive market sales trends.
* Support the regional Sales Managers in developing sales forecasts using customer POS and syndicated velocity data as a guide.
* Assist in the development of ad hoc reports and sales presentations with members of the retail sales team as necessary to aid in the ongoing development of the retail business.
* Support the Regional Sales Managers as the liaison for day-to-day interaction with Integrated Supply Chain departments, including Demand Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Control and Customer Service.
* Assist the Field and HQ Sales with daily/monthly volume reports including syndicated data and internal shipment data.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Bachelors degree required
* Strong computer skills, including functional capability in Microsoft Office Suite with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation software (i.e.: PowerPoint)
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, effective communication and presentation skills
* Attention to detail and pride in accuracy
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization
Required Length & Type of Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, business and financial analysis or category management in a manufacturing environment
* Previous experience with S&OP processes, SAP preferred.
