The Company is seeking a Director of Human Resources for a fully remote role. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring HR compliance, and managing escalations in both HR and compliance matters. This role also involves direct interaction with staffing customers and end clients, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The Director of HR will be expected to have an extensive background in employee relations and performance management, as well as a solid understanding of labor and employment law to ensure the company's practices are in line with current regulations.
