As part of their expansion, they are seeking a highly skilled and visionary HR Director to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping their future.

Position Summary:

The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic human resource mechanism that aligns with the DAO's development strategy and vision for the next decade. This role involves designing and building a globally efficient HR team, managing daily HR operations, and driving talent acquisition and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to promote and uphold the DAO's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Development:

Develop a comprehensive human resource mechanism that supports the DAO's long-term strategy and vision.

Design and build an efficient, globally operational HR team capable of meeting the organization's future needs.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Attract and recruit future tech family office entrepreneurs and platform advisors in line with the company's platform requirements.

Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates.

Daily HR Operations:

Manage all aspects of HR operations, including talent recruitment, HR administration, compensation and benefits, and talent analysis.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Cultural Leadership and Team Cohesion:

Shape, maintain, and promote the DAO's vision and values, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.

Strengthen team and member cohesion through effective communication and leadership.

Talent Incentive Program:

Develop and manage the DAO's talent incentive program.

Assist in the planning and implementation of incentive mechanisms to motivate and retain top talent.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Extensive experience in human resource management, preferably within the tech industry or a high-growth environment.

Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a decentralized, fast-paced, and innovative environment.

Knowledge of DAO governance and operational models is a plus.
