What’s AdeptID?
AdeptID is a Boston-based B corp building talent matching AI models focused on getting more people into better jobs, faster. Our API-first product plugs into the back-end of job boards, applicant tracking systems, and training tools to make them better at recommending talent for jobs and training. In our first three years, we’ve partnered with leading HR tech providers like UKG, Training Nonprofits like Year Up, and Employer Coalitions like OneTen. We are a seventeen-person hybrid team based in downtown Boston.
What does this role look like?
Partner with the CEO to forge partnerships with talent applications and staffing organizations
Lead sales processes from prospecting to qualification to negotiationto close
Represent the company to the broader Talent Tech community
Serve as a senior point of contact for large (>$100k ACV) enterprise relationships
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
You wake up in the morning excited to find and build partnerships
You have strong empathy for buyers, users, and teammates
You have a track record of hitting targets and managing outcomes
You have experience selling in early markets and are willing to experiment with new GTM motions for new technologies
You have great instincts for: Qualifying whether an opportunity is real
Navigating partner organizations and their procurement processes
Determining budget
Figuring out how to match our offering to their use case
You have experience thinking about how technology can be used to improve the world of work
You do not need to be fluent in data science or machine learning, but you need to find it interesting (and be willing to learn) - we will teach you; it will be fun!
