EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

As an Executive Assistant, your day will be filled with opportunities to provide support to the Market President. Administrative experience with strong written communication skills is important while Stock Yards Bank will provide a professional environment to continually improve the candidate's skills and to further his/her career goals for advancement within the banking profession.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Serves as communication link for customers, management, and others
Organizes and schedules meetings and events for market functions
Organizes meetings for small local client events
Assists with tracking and reporting for the Indianapolis region to both Market President and Division Managers for required production reports, pipeline reports, etc.
Assists in new employee set up (manage new employee checklist items)
Assists in sponsorship requests and reporting
Manages local event ticket distribution for various events such as Colts, Pacers.
Manages Christmas gift lists and organizes gift distribution
Manages and organizes department supplies andordering for Indy and Carmel offices
Notary service as needed
Send courier and overnight packages
Manage account transfer process
Assists loan coordinators with sending loan packages
Sends past-due and maturity reports to RM's
Pull month-end reports as needed in Director
Assist with mortgage filings as needed
Assist officers with other projects when necessary.
Other administrative duties as requested and assigned by Management team.
Interacting in person, video conference and on the phone with retail teams and various bank partners while projecting a professional company image
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
5 years of banking work experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel and Word required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment as well as part of a team
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees
