**About You** Notion is looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team. In this role you will be pivotal in our efforts to win new business and develop new partnerships. In part, you will be performing the following: partner discovery, prospecting, working with marketing to develop outbound marketing programs and more. Most of our partnerships are with insurance, home service, mortgage and other related companies. **Responsibilities**
+ Research accounts and contacts to understand each target account
+ Utilize outbound calling, social media, and email to stay in contact with all prospects, cultivating and maintaining their awareness
+ Generate new sales prospects and opportunities, moving them from through the sales funnel.
+ Manages inbound leads and moves them through sales funnel if appropriate
+ Works closely with Partner Marketing on outreach initiatives
+ Increase deal flow by focusing on upper funnel activity: outreach and discovery
+ Collaborate with Senior Sales Manager to help deal flow from upper funnel to lower funnel
+ Execute a sales strategy that aligns with company direction for growth, revenue and profit.
+ Responsible for managing CRM tools with up-to-date notes and follow ups.
+ Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the sales opportunities.
+ Frequently report findings from discovery with partners to all internal stakeholders.
**Requirements**
+ 3+ years sales experience
+ Experience selling enterprise B2B clientsWork in the IoT / smart home / consumer electronics space is a plus
+ Experience with CRM tools and Project Management tools
+ Experience working at fast-paced companies with small teams and large growth opportunities
+ Ability to effectively communicate and influence at the executive level of internal and client organizations
+ Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex business and technical concepts
+ Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
+ Ability and willingness to travel to meet with partners (post-COVID of course!)
+ Notion has an office in Denver, CO but position can be fully remote.
