Job Description

Do you have strong experience in providing support to the HR department and other staff members?

As an HR Specialist, you will handle a variety of tasks, such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate and organize new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials, scheduling training sessions, and processing paperwork.

Manage performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and recommending improvement plans.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files.

Assist with other HR-related tasks, such as benefits administration and employee relations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in a similar industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with HR policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them.

High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidential information.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in HRIS and other software applications.
