The Talent Strategies Group Executive Administrator maximizes the executives time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, emails, and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications. The EA helps us achieve our mission by coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with world-class care. They spearhead event coordination and are intimately involved in every part of the event process, from ideation to marketing to event day execution.

Responsibilities Manage executive team calendars to optimize their time.
Screen and respond to phone calls and emails on behalf of the executive team.
Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
Organize and prepare materials for internal team meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Support special projects or initiatives led by members of the executive team.
Plan and coordinate trueU and SRV HR events including logistics and overall hospitality experience.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in various technology systems.
Maintain and update MytrueU learning portal content.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain and/or create SOPs for various team processes.
Utilize software (Office 365), communication tools, learning management systems, and project management platforms proficiently.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide IT support when necessary

Additional Qualifications 3-5 years experience in executive assistance and/or office management.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience in HR/Culture/Talent industry preferred.
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, less-structured environment.
Proven experience in communicating (in-person and virtually) with all levels of leadership.
Command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
Willingness to learn new technology.
Proficiency with Keap CRM or other CRMs preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
