Our HR and Recruiting Team is committed to driving value through people and programs. Within the team, Talent Acquisition is shaping the capabilities of the organization by matching top talent to amazing jobs at a groundbreaking, RAIN RFID industry leader. You will be a collaborating partner to the business and part of a success driven team of passionate people dedicated to growing organizational capabilities through our people and culture. You'll partner with, and independently lead, recruiting initiatives for both technical and non-technical roles across business. This job allows flexible work from home options, but also requires regular office presence to foster positive and effective business relationships. Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, our Senior Technical Recruiter is a full desk recruiter who will partner with hiring managers and our HR and Recruiting Team on sourcing, identifying, and hiring technical talent, as well as non-technical roles.
What you will do:
Align recruiting capabilities with talent needs across our global workforce spanning 14 countries
Champion D&I initiatives throughout the entire hiring process
Proactively lead conversations in the recruiting process from intake and sourcing, through closing top talent as a partner with hiring managers
Create and implement a diverse sourcing strategy utilizing various media and sourcing tools to recruit high-quality candidates
Build and guide hiring teams on best practices in identifying and hiring top talent
Serve as an ambassador for the Impinj brand and ensure that all candidates are treated with a high level of respect, responded to in a timely manner, and have an outstanding interview experience
Operate as a full desk recruiter ensuring our recruiting tools and processes meet corporate governance requirements for a publicly-traded company
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Proven track record of quickly learning new fields and technologies
Experience working with applicant tracking and HR information systems, including editing settings to meet new corporate governance requirements
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills partnering across all levels of the company
A track record of building strong, consultative partnerships with teams to address current and future staffing needs
Compensation and Benefits:
The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $115,000 to $190,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
