Inside Account Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking the right person to join our team as a Inside Account Manager! You will be responsible for assisting the Sales VP & helping customers by providing product and service information and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle existing customer inquiries
Generate information and quotations
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, or appropriately redirect to another member of the team
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Help generate and update internal resources
Attend tradeshows - Must live in the wider Seattle metropolitan area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation
