Position Summary As an Inside Sales Account Manager in our esteemed Global Services division, your role is vital to expanding our Renewal Services Booking and Revenue streams. Operating within an assigned geographical region, you will work collaboratively with strategic Channel and Distribution partners. You will engage with customers in both an online and face-to-face format, cultivating profitable relationships with business partners and end-users.
Primary Responsibilities Building and Sustaining Relationships: Construct and maintain durable, mutually beneficial relationships with key Distributors, Partners, and End Users.
Multi-Format Engagement: Adapt to customer needs by engaging online and face-to-face meetings to drive renewals.
Owning Renewal Opportunities: Claim full control of renewal opportunities within your assigned account territory, from identification through to successful closure.
Account Upkeep: Maintain accurate CRM records and execute additional account management tasks as required.
Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed set sales goals through effective account management and renewal processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Outlook and Excel.
Familiarity with additional systems such as Oracle and SalesForce is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in quota-bearing sales roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as well as meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Proven experience in selling services or collaborating with large enterprise account customers and Channel Partners.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle a significant amount of detail while maintaining consistently accurate output
Physical Demands and Work Environment Job may be performed on-site at a customer facility or data entry on in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require utilizing a computer keyboard, communicating over the telephone, and reading printed material. Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile and airplane, being on call periodically, and working outside of normal working hours. (Evenings and weekends). The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $62,967.00 - $94,451.00 F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
