**REGIONAL SALES MANAGER**

**MUST HAVES**
* Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
* Minimum 5 years of mortgage lending experience required
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required
* Superior communication, leadership, interpersonal and planning skills
* Able to write reports and correspondence
* Able to prepare presentations to effectively and successfully address customers, employees and organizations
* Able to read and interpret documents including general correspondence, loan files and policy and procedure manuals
* Able to apply basic math; calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
* Able to define problems, collect data for resolution, establish facts and provide information that is thorough and concise to management for resolution
* Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions
* Basic computer skills required: word processing, Excel spreadsheets, email, and mortgage software
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
* Recruit, train and manage Account Executives to maximize sales results in given territory
* Recruit, train and manage Retail Branch Managers to expand retail presence and maximize branch
production and profitability
* Advise AEs, Brokers and Branches on compliance matters including: company policies and
procedures, program guidelines, investor requirements and applicable state and federal regulations
* Monitor Broker and Branch branch pipelines to ensure that files are moving through all the processes
in a timely and efficient manner
* Acquire and utilize technology as a sales tool
* Develop territorial sales plan
* Other duties and/or mortgage related tasks as assigned by management
* The employee shall work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and
shall at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisor
