Title:Sales Manager Location:Denver, CO * Manage loan officer sales performance, motivation, scheduling, training, and administration of policies/procedures;
* Ensure originations team is presenting loans at appropriate rate, amounts, terms that comply with ICG a Proven Mortgage Team program guidelines;
* Review sales pipeline on daily/monthly basis in order to achieve monthly sales goals;
* Advise and assist in resolution of customer complaints concerning any area of the company;
* Assist in training/development of loan officers to function in all aspects of the origination process;
* Teach sales techniques in an environment with company provided leads;
* Report to, and work with the Head of Production to manage and achieve team/division goals;
* Maintain personal and team compliance with all Company policies and procedures;
* Collaborate with the Operations Department to assist in the flow of production/sales; and
* In consultation with the Head of Production, recruit, interview and select loan originators for your team.
* Keep informed of developing trends in the industry;
* Coordinate scheduled meetings, training sessions and courses as needed for the call center operation; and
* Perform other duties as modified and/or assigned by the Head of Production.
* Must have a current Mortgage Origination Officer License from NMLS
* 5+ years of inside mortgage sales experience with 2+ years managing people
* Strong experience with FHA and conventional loans
* Experienced with Purchase and Re-fi transactions
* Proficient with computers and loan operating systems (Encompass)
* Worked cross functionally with departments as needed (Marketing, Operations, & IT)
* Skilled in coaching, mentoring, motivating, and growing sales professionals
* Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and high emotional intelligence
* An understanding of KPIs and how to implement them successfully
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
* Ability to multi-task, demonstrated flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
* Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
* Experience in a high-volume call center environment
* Managed a team of Loan Officers previously
* Full-time (and weekend) availability
* NMLS Licensed
