Rent Butter, Inc is a resident screening and verification platform utilized by housing providers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer support team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and general assistance through various channels, including support tickets, taking phone calls, and responding to chats. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and technical support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Answer applicant and user questions via phone and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services or escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Provide product training and create knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower customers to resolve common issues independently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional support.
Continuously update and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company. but not required.
Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Spanish and English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Familiarity with help desk software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Basic understanding of APIs and network requests.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others and going above and beyond for customers.
